AdPerience a Digital Advertising agency based in Tel Aviv is looking for an energetic, conscientious and detail oriented individual who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team and takes pride in their career to work in our office.


Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will perform a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:


Office administration

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
  • Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for staff
  • Perform data entry and prepare analytics reports, and documents
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems


Assist with financial management

  • Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements
  • Process accounts payable ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information
  • Prepare accurate bank reconciliations and deposits
  • Administer petty cash according to established procedures
  • Assist with financial reports as required
  • Month end duties as required




  • High School Diploma
  • Education in business, computers, or office management is an asset


Knowledge, skills and abilities

Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:

  • Spreadsheets
  • Bookkeeping
  • E-mail
  • Internet

  • Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
  • Hebrew (mother tongue) and english



  • 1-3 years’ experience in an office setting
